Stunningly rich in detail and beautifully written, this story takes the reader back to Pearl Harbor and the anti-Japanese sentiments that ruled the American landscape afterward. It was almost impossible to put down and created a stunning story of love, life and death. I loved the characters and the setting so much that it was as if I was present watching the events unfold. This is a truly wonderful book and I highly recommend it to any reader!
