Laaaddddiiiieeesss and Geennnntttllllemmmeennn - this book is as brilliant and riveting as a circus itself! Amazingly rich in detail, this story delves into the life of roving circus performers during the Great Depression, and is just fascinating. There were parts that made me laugh, and parts that made me cry. I loved everything about this book, and there's not a single part I would change. It's impossible to put down once you pick it up. What a truly beautiful masterpiece!
