Perhaps this was just too bourgeois for me, but I just couldn't get into this story at all. There seemed to be too many competing sub-plotlines wrapped into an overall theme of wealth and arrogance, and the characters didn't appeal to me or keep my attention. I frankly just didn't care what happened, and could not even bring myself to finish the book. While this was not my taste, if you are a reader who enjoys a more dry novel about wealth and Wall Street, this may still be a worthwhile read for you.
